I’m Dallas Upchurch, a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Bend, Oregon.
With over a decade of experience in trauma care and psychiatric medication management, I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what is going on.
My approach is thoughtful and direct. I focus on helping you understand your symptoms and, when appropriate, using medication as part of a clear and personalized treatment plan.

How I work with patients
I work with adults who are often doing their best to hold everything together, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
Many have already tried therapy or self help. Some are unsure about medication. My role is to help you understand what is happening and guide you through your options in a way that feels clear and manageable.
If medication is part of the solution, we approach it carefully and adjust based on how you actually feel.
