Lakeside Serenity Psychiatry was founded by Nurse Practitioner Dallas Upchurch to deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to those facing mental health challenges. With over 12 years of experience in medical and surgical trauma nursing and 5 years in psychiatric medication management, NP Upchurch offers a uniquely comprehensive and compassionate approach to healing.
From her time in level one trauma centers to one of the nation’s largest outpatient clinics for Veterans, NP Upchurch understands the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. Her vision is to build a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered on their journey to lasting recovery.
